Hi guys ......confusion over exhausts, my Indian GP200 resto coming to a final conclusion, happy days .
But I got an expensive Ancilotti 42mm exhaust ...which is never going to fit.
1, the U bend is to far fwd.
therefore exhaust box doesn't line up on engine studs.
2, with exhaust fitted too eng studs with out U bend attached,
the kick start stop plate hits the tail pipe.
3,Fitted an AF rayspeed 42mm exhaust box.
And still the kickstart stop will hit the tail pipe.

CONCLUSIONS PLEASE...

The Ancilotti probably needs an inch cutting off the end of the manifold, some do apparently. It's quite rare to get a box pipe that fits perfectly, there a few more variables with the position of the exhaust ports on some cylinder kits as well. Gentle use of a rubber mallet might help with the kickstart clearance issues.

As for the kickstart stop how much is it hitting by? Try taking the dremel to it and shorteen it slightly, this is what I had to do with the kickstart on my S2 with Ancilotti, not helped by having a GP150 casing in a S2

Honestly I had a Ancilotti fitting issue s couldn't get oil level plug out,run it for 50 mile,not worth cash,sold it on,got a AF clubman,dream to fit,fantastic pipe compared to Ancilotti
