Help needed Does anyone know if Starlock push on fasteners are OK for securing side panel flashes? and if so which type? If not does anyone know of a good alternative?

The panel flashes on my series 1 came with these and they worked well. When I did my series 3 I used the conventional rivet by peining the aluminium tang over on the inside of the panels. Trim the tang so it's about 2-3mm long wrap tape round the face of a hammer held against the face of the script to act as an anvil and tap the tang to form a round head on the other side. It's easier than it sounds and I know some will tell you about a fancy tool that does the same job.
