Hi guys, can anyone recommend exact running in period for gp200 standard head, with Mec crank.
ive done about 480miles on various rides up and down gears....
seems to be running really well.

Don't overload the engine up hill or into the wind. I had done 450 ish and heat seized at 45 into a strongish wind.
