PHBH slide which is richer?

Postby Raveydavey » Sun May 10, 2015 4:06 pm

Please can we have a consensus. cam lam say the larger number the leaner the slide, mark broadhurst says the opposite. Which one is it?

The larger the number the higher the height of the front cutaway so that allows more air in, therefore leaner.

Where does Broady say that, all I can find on the mb site under the phbh slide is "This slide is suitable for PHBH type carburettors.

The lower the number the richer the slide."

It does mention the error in the text immediately above the table.
