Mark 1 PX toolbox on a GP

I bought a genuine Piaggio one 6 years ago now. Only just got to hold it up to GP leggies. Looks like loads of cutting required to get this to fit.

Would I be better buying one that is already "moulded" to Lambretta leggies?

No that'll require lots of cutting too :lol: though you might get lucky. It can be dependant on how straight your legshields are.

I think the main issue with the ones built for a PX is the depth of the cutaway for the frame tube at the top.

By now, Chris @ http://www.grpscooterparts.co.uk/ should have replicas of Nannucci legshield toolboxes available to order.

I loaned him mine for the purpose of creating moulds.

I think Shaun burns does px and rally type too. It's just that I have the piaggio ones here and now??
