Won't Start

I have an LI 150 series 2 which is recently reassembled following restoration. It started fine half a dozen times but now suddenly won't. I have cleaned the carb (again) and it has a nice fat spark so I'm a bit baffled. It is standard with the original Del orto carb and a Rayspeed exhaust. Possibilities seem to be; the timing has slipped - is this possible? Alternatively I'm concerned that it is maybe losing crankcase compression, the seals are new but might they be fitted wrong or damaged during assembly? There is good cylinder compression on the kickstart. Any advice appreciated.

If it's points I'd check your points gap and whether the faces are pitted first. Then whether they are opening at the right place.

Correct first time! It was a sheared key. Now replaced properly with a torque wrench and going fine.

Thanks for all the help. Ian
