SX Horn cast badge 1968 - is this the right one

Hi
I have bought a innocenti badge fron SR for my SX but it doesn't seem to fit very well . Is this the correct badge?
As you can see from the first photo - the horn casing is more curved than the badge , leaving a gap at either end. The badge looks like it would snap if I tried to bend it...
if this is the wrong one could some one please add a picture of the correct item

I believe the badge is correct.
Contact SR with pics and see what they say.

Glad to hear at least I have he correct badge !
SR. have put a replacement in the post - I'll update this when I get it and it fits ...

SR. replaced the badge straight away, although the problem remains. I'm going to put my thinking cap on to work out how to make this fit acceptably.....

Just gently bend it over something like a brush shaft with a hole drilled for centre peg

Not right !
You shouldn't have to. Something is wrong; either the badge or the horncast.

I've fitted remade square badges in the past,the problem is on the badge.
They should be curved to fit better,the fitting was exactly the same as the one in the pictures.

Seeing as you have two,try warming one with a hot air gun and bend it into place.

I have a badge that is definitely curved you can try.
