I am returning to the scooter scene after too many years away!! I am in the incredibly fortunate position to have inherited a 1958 series 1 frame breather in un molested condition. I have managed to get it going with new plug , fresh petrol et al. But now there are a few things that need attention before I put her on the public highway. Even though she doesn't need an MOT for my own safety I'd like her to be at least up to this standard. My question is that I need someone, be that a person or dealer. to get her up to road worthy condition & more hopefully get it running reliably. I am based in south Cheshire & do have a van so can transport it myself. Don't want it to go too far & not get ripped off either. Any advice or guidance gratefully received!!
