Hi all ,
I will be fitting a jetex 22 mm to my sil gp 150, when I fit the carb what are the steps to set the carb up.

I see that you don't have many answers. First of all make sure that you have the 150 Slide fitted to the carb. Pop the float cover off and see if the float swings freely. Most of these need a small drill put through the holes as they bind. Make a note of the jets sizes and make sure the pilot jet has been drilled out, some came out of the factory un-drilled. Fit the carb and give it a run. I have several spare jets for those and a spare hardly used Jetex 200 carb and manifold. Delly jets will fit your carb. Give it a try and come back to the forum.
