This is the inlet port of a series 3 150cc steel barrel that was on an SX 150 engine I bought.
I thought it was just a matter of cutting the hump out and use as normal.
Has anyone seen this before and will it be ok to use as is ?

I've only ever seen these on LI Series 1 motors. It certainly isn't SIII or SX150.

I think it's in Sticky's bible - I've got a couple lurking in my garage.
