One sx headset needing a new rim. Part 1. Casa rim. Miles out. Part 2. Bosatta rim. Less miles out but still miles out. Part 3. Nos rim, bee's knee's. Err no. Not as many miles out but still way to tight. Moral to this moan being. Every lambretta headlight rim should come with a free dremel.

Iv never had a problem with innocenti headset and innocenti rims myself but I have been told the chrome ring and non chrome ring headsets have ever so different rims (different casting) and arnt always inter changeable .
I have filed the ledge down on headsets to make remade rims fit in the past...

Don't forget the originals were fitted to headsets with the mearest hint of cellulose paint, not thick gloopy 2 pack or powder coat

I have an original Silver Special and I wouldn't say the rim fits perfect. I can't imagine Luigi bothered too much at the factory.
