Postby henrun » Sat Oct 03, 2015 12:15 pm

Any idea where I can get valves for scootrs tubeless rims from?
Thanks.

ive just done a set of scootrs rims with these

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorcycle-Mo ... 417385f5ec

they do a 45 deg aswell

you need to file a bit to get them to fit - as the scootrs ones supplied.

Or ScootRS

I used the Bridgeport bolt in type you have to flat off the rim and remove a little bit of the rim centre.

I'd ditch the scoot rs rims and get SIP rims.
Far superior imo. I've got both and the scoot rs rims now reside in the back of the garage never to see the light of day again.

Thanks for the help people. Valves ordered.

I know SIP is a superior product but I had a spare scootrs rim knocking about and although the are a faff they have not let me down so far unlike tubes which seem to be worse than ever.

Cheers.
