Hi all , would the fork from a LI fit a TV 175?

99% Yes :)
The only difference will be the welded bracket for the dampers,
assuming you won't mix S1/2 with S3.

Sure,it is not difficult especially if the fork is out and stripped,
take care not to weld the brackets while the plastic spring stops are inside,they will melt.

Sorry to second guess the fork issue but, the guy doing work on my TV stated the fork from an LI must have the chrome ring as mine does or it won't fit. Help again

the headset is matched to the forks/chrome ring.
