When re-fitting a rear runner board to my S2 the back screw on one of the strips is just rotating with the nut. Is there a bodge/fix to secure the screw thread? Don't really want to buy a new set of four!

One of mine did the same (series 2) so I removed it,drilled through the plastic and put a long flat head screw in its place. You have to look hard to see it.

Best way I've found is to heat the head up on the bolt and press it into the runner so it melts itself in ,then immediately drench in water.

Cheers Wack. Will give this a try first before I try the glue.
