Hi All,
Pic of my mobile lammy work bench, the best think I have made in a long time, its got a loading ramp and casters to make it mobile, its now a pleasure to work on my lammy now, no more sore backs.

Hi All
Some more pic's of the lammy workbench. All done with 2x2 exterior ply and threaded rod, I have to add 2 more 2x2 on transversely. It has ball race castors on the bottom for mobility. The loading ramp is from one of my old car transporters when I was in the recovery business, but you could quite easy make one with 2x2 and ply. This can be made to any size you want. This suits me. If you want any measurements give me a shout. I cant praise it enough, I am delighted. Got to thank the wife for giving me a hand.

It is not the work bench that needs towed, it is my lammy . I no longer have that good looking 1953 Sunbeam Talbot, swapped it for 8 grand. lol. I forgot to mention, I am waiting on a small winch to pull the lammy onto the bench, I cant have the wife complaining of a soar back .

That's some bench I bet I could use it for my tractor, you might think about turning that bolt around before you lose the skin off your ankle.

Hi Tractorman Mate,
No good for your maxfactor, there is no drawbar on it, no brakes, no lights, no indicator, no mirrors, plus the castors are baldy, the list goes on and on, also there are no bolts on the bench, all threaded rod with nuts lol. I will grind trim all the rods when I finish the woodwork, got to make brackets for the ramp and winch. All good fun.

Liking your shed and bench very much plus the idea of using a which to pull the scoot up. my local Lidl had a small electric hoist in for less than £50 last week that would do the job

Novel idea using a which' magic to lift a bike up maybe there's a spell to stop them breaking in the 1st place,

Hi All,
Just extended the Lammy work bench to give me a bit more length. I have put hinge's on the ply wood and also on the legs, so I can fold the extension away when not in use. If I want the full length I just fold it over and the legs fall down to secure. Picture 8 shows my clerk of works giving it his final check over. I will have his written report within 7 days. lol. If he fails it he will be getting a bone right up his backactor lol
