Yea...first post and its a doozy.

Bought my first GP as an import in the summer, and I've been tinkering away ever since.I was quite impressed with the use of rocks and stones being used instead of an air filter. Other than than no major concerns apart from some previous welding to the lower right fork leg.

I am now getting to the stage of doing the 12V wiring. I have looked at diagrams, read various how too threads and yes the haynes (confuse the bejeeus out of you) manual and I am none the wiser. So has any one got a link to an idiots guide, or better still based in Northampton who may be able to help?

Cheers

Al

Hi.

I'm in your county, if all else fails…...

However, presumably you have Sticky's Bible. If not, I would recommend you get a copy as the Wiring Diagrams & accompanying tips are worth having.

It is also a first class read & touches of his humour show through.

Go to home page scroll down click on lambretta workshop there is a section on wiring section I found it helpful just read it a few times and read stickys book you will get it depending what set up you have I found some wires not needed so made it more simple to me
