Measurement ?

Hello, currently building a series 2 special and need a couple of measurements.
What is the height of the frame curve(below the seat) from the ground and the rear runners (highest point) ?
Also the height of a single seat from floor boards and ground , odd I know but when it's finished I'll post a pic!

Is that a Series 2 or a Series 3 Special ?
