S3 Exhaust Gori V BGM

Hope someone can give me an answer! :?

I am in the process of rebuilding a S3 But have hit a brick wall on some things, exhaust being one of them. Was going to put on the JL3 pipe but found out this is in fact a Silver Special so would like to go more with the standard look but retain the power. My understanding is that with a JL3 v Clubman I would be forgoing a loss of 5-10 mph if I go with the clubman route (60-65 mph Cruising). Which to me is a lot! Since found out that a Gori or BGM is the way forward, does anyone know if there is a major difference between the two? (Or anything else on the market) where I would not lose as much power.

Question 2. Power jets? Worth it or not?
Question 3. Retard Units? Worth it or not?

Mainly to be used on A roads, but with quite a lot of mileage on Motorways.

My set up will be as follows:-

Mugello 198 v5
30mm Dellorto
Li150 Gearbox (50,41,37,34 (Loose) 11,14,17,10 (Xmas tree).
Remote Filter.

Hi ,Italian GP with TS 200 long stroke running a 32mm Dellorto.Have both a BGM and a Gori ,love them both ,found the Gori Rev'd out a tad more giving a higher top end. Currently running the BGM though as saving the Gori for something a little older.
