TSR Pipe exhaust spacers.

Postby Donnie » Sat Mar 26, 2016 5:51 pm

20mm x 30mm by 8mm is the size of the 2 exhaust spacers on a TSR exhaust hanger, just thought I would put that out there for everyone as mine have disintegrated after being on less than a month, I knew I shouldn't have persevered with this pipe and sent it back even when I got the old "we've never had any issues before" line

Now I have to try and find something to replace them with as these are literally falling apart, guess some sort of rubber about 10mm will be the order of the day :?

I don't know these exhausts - are they just a circular rubber ??

If so why not get some Teflon or nylon ones turned - I did this for a scorpion that kept going through the supplied rubbers.

You might be able to modify the JL nylon mounts

they are similar to the jl ones with a shoulder on them, could email and find out the dimensions i guess from andy francis and see, though ive ordered some thick rubber buffers and repair washers to see if i can make a rubberised version first.

The supplied ones with the exhaust were viet shite.
