hello guys I have just bought my first tubeless wheel from sip and was just wondering I noticed the 4 small washers split into 2,do they go on as one ;)

They sound like Nordlocks. If so, yes.

Just be aware that the 2 halves have different serrations on each side. The 2 sides with fewer serrations face each other.
