No lights,horn or brake light

Trying to finish my series 3 li 125 ,has been converted to 12v electronic ignition but can't get lights,horn or brake lights have checked that i am getting power from stator (there is) as was previously told check,any ideas on what to do next before I replace regulator.thanks for any suggestions

I'd check you're getting power out of the existing regulator before you go any further.
