Sip speedo ,Li headset.

Hi all ,
Has anyone fitted a sip speedo to there Li headset?
Just looking inside it looks a bit close to the gear change wheel.
If anyone has had one fitted would appreciate a little advice cheers.

Fitted one in a series 2 without problems, I did fit the black box in the engine compartment.
