Fitting a Cuppini SX flyscreen probs

Has anybody experienced the bottom part of the Cupinni SX flyscreens fouling the top legshields/beading ? Not able to get a full lock left or right, so not much use. My mate had to get a bubble screen trimmed but can't see what I'm doing wrong as not a lot to get wrong, very strange.
May have to return as my route to work isn't in a straight line.
Cheers all.
Ash

Haha, I knew you'd ask that, it's the bottom part of the screen , both sides, which makes contact with the top parts of the legshields when you turn left and right, no room up or down to help as its placed initially over the headlight, plus it's dark in my electric free shed lol

how have you got it positioned on the headset is it close to the rim or the speedo?

Turns out my Spanish Series 80 SX lower headset curve is lower than that of an Italian one which explains why it won't clear the legshields

i have in the past used a hot air gun to warm the plastic up and put more of a curve in the screen
