Both very good all round pipes, Both pipes pull from very low down in 4th and rev thru.
I found the Mamber could rev a fair bit higher than the Tourer but sat on the motorway at a constant 75 it would start ripping itself apart, mainly at the stinger to can section, also had problems with the exhaust stub blowing, forever coming loose (double nut/extended wired nuts). Its a FAT pipe and clearance on right hand corners can catch you out a bit, no probs with speed humps tho.
The Tourer wont rev as high but sits well at 70, I have managed some good mileage without problems but over time it has eventually fractured in the usual places.
Given the choice between these two.....Supertourer.

As i thought....pm will fall apart ..i've been running a pm 28 for the last few years its now splitting on the mounting bracket and also came loose numerous times on the m/fold....dont fancy messing around with a hanging off exhaust halfway across the alps lol ...looks like its a franspeed super tourer then
