Anyone running this set up or similar

quite a few out there.

One on the Avignon Euro had to drop from a 9 to a 7 plug such was the difference in cooling effect

I have been running one on a TS1 as well and was very pleased with it although I did grind out the area between the overhanging fins on the fan side to aid airflow although I don't know if this was beneficial or not. The top end is on the naughty step at the moment as it developed an air leak which I didn't pick up on and resulted in a feked piston on the way back from Shipston.

Ordered one yesterday after reading about them somewhere should of asked first thanks for replaying

Seamus, where from and how much ? Is the cowling a full sized one do you know or cut down from the usual shape....cheers

The Avanti heads come with a much larger Avanti GRP cowling direct from Ron Moss

I bought mine from lambretta upgrades l phoned to buy the cowling but bought the head aswell as he had them for £80

AF's do their own now too
