Indain frame number 22/4

Could anyone help identify what the 22/4 frame prefix relates to pleas on Idian origin GP's.
having searched through various on line forums the information I can find is that
22/1 - 125cc
22/2 can be either 150 or 200cc
22/0 - 150cc
but no 22/4 ?
