S1 / S2 buddy seat

Looking to find a rear buddy seat. Or just the frame. I have only ever seen one of these. Does anybody have one, or does anybody have any details of them so I could get one remade? Pictures, drawing or a sample I could borrow to have re made?
This is the square pad rear seat attached to a squad frame attached to the four bolt holes for,the rear seat.

I have one on my series 2 (waiting restoration at the back of the workshop so is have to dig it out) I can upload a pic if you're stuck. It's just the frame though.
The first pic you uploaded has the correct shape seat on top.
You can get replacements seat pads from rimini lambretta centre.
