Electronic Ignitions?

Bit out of the loop lately. I've got a dead SIL stator that previous to build was running fine, thinking a broken wire. A misfiring BGM that I thought I'd fixed by replacing LT coil and pick up but not having it. Using a lightened SIL flywheel on a tweaked Stg4 Injun. So what 'current' thinking on any new ignitions out there? Other than Variotronic do any have in-built advance and retard? Not really looking to replace CDI and regulator as these appear to be fine. Or, as I'm 'currently' thinking, get a new V3 BGM as a direct replacement?
