Lambretta innovations outboard suspension?

HI,

Has anyone ever ran the outboard front shocks with no internal rubber fork buffers? It's just something i am thinking of maybe a daft thought though.

I have bought it to use on next build, couple of mates have it and say it improves front end massively. There is a thread on this on other forum. Just remember you need the forks and links to suit. PM have the kits to do the changes I believe or you can buy full kit

These are a "cheap" pair, not PM ones. Been on scooter 3/4 years, with no springs in forks. Handles ok but I wouldn't say there's a massive difference in handling.
