Strangely on the Draper website it says not suitable for motorcycles. Works fine for me.

I bought an Accuspark S8000 off E-bay. Surprised how bright the light is. Price varies between suppliers but bought at the cheapest price.

So for either of these types do I need to use it with a battery??
Or can I hook onto the power output of the regulator & earth clip it to frame?

Are the in line type ac ones with neon bulbs any good?
Or is that the type your replacing.

Only I've been looking at getting one myself but since both my Li 's are none battery I suppose people must use their car batteries for power?

Battery required. Parked scooter in front of my car on the drive and ran leads from it. Wife complains of exhaust fumes in house if I run scooter in garage!

I had a Sparkrite inline version one many years ago. Used it on cars and my scooter at that time. Did the job but not very bright. Modern technology may have made them brighter?

Yes The one I have is not very bright at all
That's why I'm looking for a brighter modern type
If I need to buy a battery then so be it ;-)
