Mugello 198 Spark plug Thread

Hi Guys another Question on spark plugs mugello.

At weekend at Dyno, CS noticed that the spark plug thread has not been threaded all the way out on the Head, this was noticed as he thought that I have not tighten up the spark plug, I assured him I have, he tighten went for a spin came back and noticed the plug was loose! This seems to be a common fault with the Mugello.

Has anybody else came across this problem? If so can you inform me what the solution was?
