Hi,

I remember seeing the measurements for the GP stripes on the website of one of the popular Lambretta retailers, but I can't remember which one. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Can anyone confirm that the stripes look correct when you follow these measurements?

Found it on Cam Lam's site, plus a video on YouTube too.

I am going to try the wet method of fitting them, though.

Hmmm. The stripes I have acquired are 60mm wide, but they look too wide. I have some old panel stripes (too old to use) are only 55mm wide.

Can someone with a measure just pop out and see how wide their's are?

Thanks

Just looking to buy some stripes and Scootopia & Scooter Restorations out of stock, so looked at Scooter Centre and notice they have them shiny or matt finish? What where the originally?

I have fitted my panel stripes today. They were supplied by Les Bee. He kindly re-made the stripes in 56mm and sent them to me. However, I compared the latest 55mm stripe with some old (too old to use) stripes which were still on the paper and the stripes to the rear of the grill are 56mm, and the short stripe forward of the grill is 60mm wide.

I have fitted the 56mm to the rear and 60mm to the front, and it looks fine, but can someone check if this is correct (Chadley?)?
