Pricing advice Framebreather project.

So the choice is between an Indian GP and a 58 Framebreather project.
What sort of price should I be looking to sell the S1 for?
Complete except panels, carb and front hub. I have all the breather parts (original)
2x headsets (one needs a small repair on stearing lock)
Horn case
About £1k worth of NOS parts including switch, switch housing, rectifier and battery tray.
NOVA registered
All other parts original Italian in good condition
2x 150 engine casing (s1)
2x s1 petrol tanks (correct ones)
Original correct tool box with drain plug
Series 2 forks complete. ( better quality than the S1 forks)
Good condition overall will need blasting and painting, engine rebuilt. No tax or MOT required because of age
The only repro part is the in line wheel holder and headset internals but I still have the original parts.
Pair saddle seats original rear in excellent condition.
Frame straight but surface rust No holes.
I have spend over a year finding the bits to rebuild this, but it may have to go.
Any idea on what value I should put on this project?
