Engine rebuild part 2. Can't get idle set

Just put my newly rebuilt engine in a scooter and all looks and sound good.
It's an early jet200 engine with a new SIL200 top end with a AF clubman.
Carb is delorto 26mm jetted as follows without any filter
52 pilot
108 main
Av266
X7 3rd clip
Air screw 1.5 turns
I can't get it to idle, it just dies. Reading all the guidance I'm supposed to get the bottom part of the carb settings right before worrying about plug chops and the rest of the range.
So my questions are please, is the jetting somewhere near ballpark. And do I need to buy some smaller pilot jets to get the idle sorted.
Thanks in advance Steve

engine could be a bit tight due to re build , could go up on pilot to a 60 .

Thanks so far chaps, I've ordered some some pilot jets to try. It starts ok on choke, idling I need to sort out first. I'll let you know how I get on. Cheers steve
