Toolbox Lock

Is there anything you can do to stop the toolbox lock rattling? The door is fine. I think it's the barrel itself that gives you that high pitched vibration when you pull away. You can touch your finger to it and it stops. I'm thinking maybe you could sleeve it somehow. But it would have to be very thin.

Just bend the part of the lock that goes inside the toolbox,that way the lid is tight against the toolbox and prevents it from vibrating.The one in the picture is for a series 2,the series 3 is exactly the same.

Additionally, make sure that you have the little rubber buffers fitted.
