Looking for a pen in white for writing on panels any ideas , cheers

I use a typing correcting pen to write on white on dark surfaces. I don't know if this would be suitable for your purposes, but it is a ruddy useful bit of kit. Try eBay.

You used to be able to get cellulose based quick drying paint pens, when I fished we used them for changing float top colours.
