I have replaced all the internals of the front hub and used new fork links, no problems
As i fit the hub to the fork links the fork legs move slightly inwards as i tighten the dome nut. is this normal or should i use spacer washers to stop the fork legs moving inwards even though spacer washers are not shown in the parts book

You could put slightly thicker washers under the hub half nuts or a wider spacer/shim inside the backplate.
