Whitewall tyres

Does anyone make the tyres with a white trim about 10 mm , you used to be able to get in the 80s ? I think mostly saw it on 400x10s

A white band rather than a whitewall

I remember Swallow made a tyre with a white band
on, but they were well dodgy.
