Series 2 headset throttle side rebuild

Is there a tutorial to rebuild the throttle side of the handlebar. I have got a bit of slop in the throttle. Looks like the control rod is worn.

Have you put the wavey washer between the throttle tube and the switch housing? That’ll add at least a mil of play if you leave it out.

it's missing. I want to rebuild that side. There's a couple of worn parts
