LI 150 Special - How to check wiring without starting engine

Hi

Almost finished total rebuild of LI 150 and want to check all wiring before starting up (as its still in conservatory) - I know you can do this by wiring up to 12V Battery charger but not sure which wires to connect - its fitted with new 12V (no battery) electronic ignition so can you please describe where I should connect to and what if anything needs disconnecting - Thanks

PS - done this before on LI 125 but that was points system - thanks again for any assistance you can offer.

pull the brown loom wire from the regulator and connect that to the +ve on the battery charger...

connect the black -ve of the battery charger to the engine casing somewhere....
