MOT for Imported Scooter
Posted: Mon Apr 09, 2018 8:14 pmI've just completed my resto and now want to get it MOT'd. It is an Italian 1962 bike and I have the NOVA and dating certificate. Question is if I get the scoot insured on the VIN number and book the MOT locally and ride it to the test center is this technically legal? All help gratefully received.
