luna 50 control lever washer question

Hi, Not sure if Luna is exactly the same as other J Range, but there is a good parts book on here : http://www.scooterhelp.com/serial/cento.parts.html
My Cento Gear selector shaft has 2 washers, and an O ring oil seal which fits in a groove at the top (lever) end of the shaft.

Hi anybody ever taken a brass stealing lock out of a Lui ,it's side mounted type not the bolt on font one and its in the unlocked position I have no key thanks

If it's like a vega lock, there are 2 square shims slid down the front of the lock, tap these out with something thin, the o'clock will come out if these are removed.
