Fork upper bearings

I need help with the order of the upper bearing pieces on my 58 LD.
I can't see where two gaskets go. Maybe someone could send a pic?

Which parts are the ones you're not sure about?

I do have the parts manual. I had put parts in various boxes. When putting fork back together there are two spacers that were in that box. I don't see in the parts list those spacers.
If you want I can send som pics over the weekend that might help?

Photos are always helpful. The parts manual is accurate. Perhaps the shims are not stock?
