Hi All,

Italian Teleflex LD Pre 55.

Any ideas on why a pre 55 (Teleflex cable) LD would be jumping out / off first gear?

It is also difficult to select gear?

Any ideas gratefully received on what I might be able to look at / into?

Instructions are for the twin cable shifter but everything else is mostly the same. If the gear has been popping out for a long time then the engagement dogs can wear such that they will always pop out. If that is the case, replacement is best. However, you can carefully grind the dogs square again if they are not too bad AFTER you have fixed the engagement issue.
