Friday nights meet n greet will be in The Exchange 29 Regent Road west end LA3 1QQ

The Soulbowl will be open for bacon buns and hot drinks on Saturday morning
Soul bowl is situated over the road from the car park in morecambe where we are setting off from so is a great spot for people wanting a drink or a sandwich before setting off
