Thats a shame.

I'm lucky in the fact that holidays are on a 1st come 1st served basis here & as I'm the only one in work from my department in the new year, I get in first & book online my usual two weeks off at easter & all the pre released rally dates that I intend to do. I must work about 12 fridays from march til october.

The finishing point is the Seacote Hotel in St Bees which is where the 'Do' is held and most people stay 8-)

No joy for seacote seems fully booked , any news from Toot yet ?
Always thought you had to mention LCGB or something to source a room , maybe thinking of 4 nations ?

Looks like it's every man for himself.

I spoke to the hotel (same people run the caravan park) and they arranged for a 3 bedroom caravan for 2 nights for £100. We'll only use it the one night but still good value. The bloke in the hotel was very helpful. Limited numbers of caravans so get booked !!

I camped at St Bees two years and must admit it was a bit grim with the wind straight off the sea. Planning on camping at both ends again this year. Does anyone know if it is free at St Bees again?

That's the plan Tony, just waiting for the Park to get back to me with confirmation on camping and the static caravans.

All being well, should be able to get a discount for LCGB members.

As soon as anything is confirmed, a post on the Forum will be uploaded.
