4 Nations - LCGB Tickets - Update 19/09/18

Great weekend. Thanks ULC.
Topped off with a Sunday ride around the north coast to Ballygally near Larne. Ferry to Cairnryan this morning and a nice long ride home to Morecambe completing our circular route. 650ish miles in all.

Bang on, tidy as, bonkers good & friendly as weekend... Cheerz loads to the ULC & all the top types met that make the LCGB rallies what they are!

Phoned the RAC 1am from Hollyhead as even with regular tightening I couldn't help but worry about the state of the rear hub studs (lesson -ALWAYS! check your nuts!! especially on poor surface/bumpy riding!).

A hotel was booked for me & a taxi arranged - WHAT!!!? Abandon the ped?! Bivvy bag, in an out of the wind, hopefully doggy do free, grass triangle in a Liddle car park it was then.

An 11am lie in & a brekky in the pub next door before being eventually picked up at midday for the first leg, to Stafford services, of a 2 leg 18.30 arrival Bristol journey - lucky I took Monday off eh!
