Spring Endurance Race Austria 27/04/2019 ....

Old boy bringing 991 home . I think I might have banged my head ! My head tells me that along with 9 team mates I went with the Scootopia race team to Austria with two series 2 Lambrettas and took part in the 12 hour spring endurance race achieving the first finishes for any Lambretta at this venue up against those pesky Wespas ! But even better than that we achieved podium positions for both bikes. On the other hand my legs tell me I have just run this weekends London Marathon . Bring on the next marathon that's all I can say ?
If you and your scooter riding friends are still looking for something different to do consider going Scooter Endurance Racing , here is just a few reason why . team, fun, pressure, panic, laughs, buzz, camaraderie, friendly paddock, memories, I was there, the list is just to long to complete . Do I really need to go on !
Did you know there is a going to be a 6 hour UK endurance race this September ? there is more information in this forum in this section.......

Great result Keith. Good luck with the UK endurance race in Sept, even though it clashes with my own club’s rally.

Hi Martin, yes I was aware of the clash and would preferred not to but I had to work around not clashing with BSSO and European endurance dates but still want the first timers to come and have a go , if all this goes well we that's the BSEC want this event to grow into something special. I am sure our paths will cross and we can have a chat sometime. Cheers.

Link works fine, looks fun...........the way the riders walked after riding makes me suspect they sacrificed toilet breaks for riding

Mick , it was just caused by the fact that you were on it ! for a long period and when you get off your legs appear to forget the basic principles of standing and walking , but it soon passes
