Surely there will be other things to do Mainstand, if it is only standing in the corner of a beer garden chatting (which is what I do most rallies anyway)

Posted: Mon Aug 17, 2020 8:24 pmI'm going because I used to live there and it's about time I saw some of my family. It's also a good excuse to go somewhere. I have accommodation at a friends flat he rents out. When I went to cancel a hotel booking (my family don't live close enough to the action 
)recently the owner said he still had quite a few scooterists still going.
There's a small group going in our party and we've booked ahead for restaurants. I'm not sure how we will approach the pubs but I don't plan on attending any.
My understanding is all the bands etc in Ryde are now cancelled.
