Hi everybody. I would first like to thank the LCGB for again sponsoring the BSEC endurance at Whilton Mill in April. The event was a great success and even though non spectator it was 6 hours of action. Running four different classes from Pro Race to club we have niche for every scooter and rider.
within the classes we have the LCGB production engine cup this is given to the first LCGB production engine home regardless of what class you are in. the winners at Whilton Mill were, team 160, A team DSC completing 292 laps in the 6 hours.
The day we ran the meeting was the funeral of Prince Philip so just before 3.00pm all the scooters were bought to a stop and we observed the national minutes silence along with many others , this meeting was broadcast live around the world and has already had over 13000 views so I am glad to say that the racers that day did scootering proud .
The 6 hours are still available just search Alphalive BSEC Whilton Mill and you can watch the whole event if you want to.
As a new club we cannot thank sponsors like the LCGB enough we started this venture with nothing and live a hand to mouth existence but so far it has been so bloody worth looking at the smiles of all the teams at the end of the day .
Want to know more search us out the BSEC next meeting 11th September Teesside.
